Went to Peak Health Physiotherapy because of a back pain and I couldn’t be happier! The diagnostic process was very good and made me understand my pain better. I was very strict with the exercises prescribed and within 1 week I could already notice it getting better. I would definitely recommend

Jamie was brilliant. He saw my 14 year old football playing son on a quad injury. The first appointment was very thorough and my son absolutely felt the care and attention as a result. He explained everything really well and made it clear what the problem was. Then he gave him a rehab program which was sent through with an online personal link. The rehab was great as after 2 weeks of rest my son was able to build up gradually with a detailed program improving each week to full fitness so he felt good and confident when he returned to full training. Janie saw him during this time and monitored him and updated the pgm. The rehab pgm meant by the end his fitness and strength was as good or better than before the injury. Jamie also gave him an ongoing pgm to do. I already recommended him to 2 people who also were very happy and will definitely use him again.

Jamie is a brilliant physio - I felt listened to and supported during every session, and above all I felt improvement in my shoulder as soon as after our first session, which only continued as we had more. Cannot recommend enough!

I visited Jamie after spraining my ankle a few months previously and wanted to begin a process to get back to running. Initial consultation was done and was able to diagnose and explain what happened to my ankle and began a rehab program over the next few months to build strength back to the ankle and surrounding muscles. Jamie was great throughout. Took his time to listen, and also helped put me at ease - especially after feeling anxious about the first session. He explained everything in a way I understood, helped set-out goals and was able to track improvement on the ankle. Just finished my last session and I feel much more confident about building back my running. Fully recommended.

Was struggling with a football injury for weeks and going to see Jamie at Peak Health Physiotherapy was the best decision I could have made. Brilliant and progressive exercises. After finishing my final rehab session, I now have a plan to help me stay injury free and become the best athlete I can. I would reccommend this place to anyone, in particular Jamie, absolutely top bloke. Thanks again.

Jamie was very professional and helped alleviate some back pain. The focus on the root cause and long term treatment, to mitigate the issues causing the back pain, was fantastic.
